Can I use coffee pods in my FLAVIA brewer?
No. Coffee pods can only be used in the BUNN AutoPOD brewer since they are specifically made for pod brewers.  You can learn more about pods here and the BUNN AutoPOD brewer here.

What brands of coffee do you carry?
We carry a variety of gourmet flavored and specialty coffees from Alterra, Caribou Coffee, Wawa, Peet’s, Starbucks and much more! Our variety of coffee roasts and flavors can suit any taste!

Do you supply other goods like sugar and creamer?
JavaSmart carries all the extras you'll need to make your cup of coffee tailored to your liking. We also carry an extensive line of teas and cocoas as well as soups and popcorn items. Check out our online menu for the full fare offered!

Do you have a menu of your products?
Yes, you can find a full menu of our products on our JavaSmart homepage in the top tab labeled “menu.” You can also find it on any of our website pages on the left hand side with the menu icon.

Do you carry decaf coffee?
Yes! We carry decaf coffee from Alterra, Wawa, Peet’s, Caribou Coffee, Ellis, Folgers, Maxwell House and Starbucks so you can still enjoy your favorite coffee without the caffeine.

How Much Coffee Do I need to Order?
There is an average of 21 work days in any given month. A 42 package case of coffee will supply approximately 2 pots of coffee per work day. So if your office brews 4 pots a day you'll need at least 2 cases per month.

If my company wants to order online only what is the cost of shipping?
UPS Ground shipping is $5 for any orders that total $99 and up (excluding cups and equipment). Any orders below $99 total will have the standard fee applied for the shipping method they choose (ground, overnight, etc).  

I've looked at other office coffee services and they charge a rental fee for the brewer. Does JavaSmart?
If you buy $50 worth of coffee per month you get the brewer absolutely free.

What types of coffee brewers do you offer?
We carry single cup brewing systems from FLAVIA and coffee pod brewers from BUNN as well as frac pack brewing systems from BUNN, Aquabrew, and Oasis. To learn more about our brewers visit the “view our brewers” section on the bottom of the JavaSmart homepage.

Do your brewers with a carafe have a hot plate?
No. The FreshStart and BUNN Wave brewers use an insulated carafe instead of an electricity hungry hot plate. This carafe keeps coffee hot and fresh up to 4-6 hours, and it's unbreakable and spill resistant. The stainless steel construction resists stains and requires less cleaning than traditional glass pots.

What is FLAVIA?
FLAVIA is a unique single cup brewing system created by MARS drinks that has specially sealed individual coffee and tea packets. The packets are used in the C200 and C400 single cup brewers and the water from the brewer unlocks the sealed pack releasing the ingredients inside, providing a fresh cup of coffee or tea every time in less than 30 seconds. Do you offer decaf lids?
Yes, we do! Please submit a request to info@javasmart.com or give us a call at 1-888-740-JAVA (5282).

How do I create a JavaSmart.com account?
Whether you’re a new or existing customer you will need to sign up with JavaSmart.com if you’d like an account because of our new website. If you were registered in our old system, your information you had on there will not work, but you can set up your same information on the website. How do I place an order of JavaSmart.com?
Visit our online store at www.javasmart.com by clicking the “products” tab on the top bar of the homepage or by clicking on “shop now” where it says welcome to the JavaSmart café towards the middle of the homepage. How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your JavaSmart account at www.javasmart.com/products/customer/account/login/ and log in under the registered customer section. Once you are logged in you can view your most recent orders and the shipping status of them in your customer dashboard. You can see your dashboard information once you are logged in to your account.
