Law 1: Use Great Beans
We carefully select high quality beans for our JavaSmart Donut Shoppe Coffee. The very best beans from all over the planet go into our signature coffee blend. Following suit is our premium coffees from the likes of Starbucks, Peet’s, Caribou, and ALTERRA COFFEE ROASTERS.

Law 2: Use Great Brewers
Why? We use the most reliable office coffee machines, but technology will be technology, and occasionally even our machines go wrong. We’ll have a highly skilled technician out to you pronto.
We know what people without coffee are like and that it’s you, the buyer, who will take the heat!

Law 3: Common Sense Service
We always make sure our customers are properly looked after. Your delivery, maintenance and repair will be tailored to your individual needs and adhered to by us. We always deliver within the time agreed with you. If the worst happens and your delivery is delayed, we don’t bury our heads in the sand; we call you and tell you about it.
